It's May 1 and it's snowing outside. Gerard is sleeping soundly and has been sleeping a lot lately. Guess he's as confused as the weather. Here's some footage of tummy time, which shows how he's building strength, even though he hates it.

I just pushed the 'magic' button that allowed me to hear you with your precious burden! What a glorious sound - you talking and encouraging your little son - and him complaining just as men do - good start in infancy, too. Hmmm --- gave me a good chuckle. I know you have your hands and heart full, Becky, but somehow, God will give you enough each day - maybe you might consider breaking your days down into hourly increments and just use one hour at a time. I had to do that with 3 little ones years ago or I would not have survived either - and I didn't give birth! You know that story. I am so very proud of you. Your little one shows the effort and work and love you have poured into his care and welfare. Keep on keeping on. Your rewards will be given with each passing day - - - even if it will only be with a quick nap. I love you. Aunt Bee
Shucks - I just left you a magnificient dissertation on how wonderful I think you are - and it disappeared! Dang it. Maybe it's pending your approval? I hope so. If not, this one might get through. I'm so proud of you with your beautiful little son. I hit the button that allowed me to hear you talking to him and him responding to your voice - - - what a joy it was to hear both of you. I love you. Aunt Bee.
